need some help creating plastic slipcovers

I wouldn't know where to begin or where to get plastic thick enough that you would warp and print on.  Maybe with cardstock, but that is not plastic

You could laminate some paper.

Any mid - light card stock should do it if you are getting it printed at the print shop.  Probably be too thick for regular home printer, and you'll want it laser printed rather than ink jet.  Then lightly score the outside of the folds with a Stanley knife, and glue the tab, and Bobs your uncle, Fanny's your aunt! :)

If the steelbooks are all the same size I can knock up a template for you.
