TG16 recommendations
sheep2001:
Good morning all!
I finally bought a TG16 - brand new, mint in box. Arrived today with Blazing Lazers and Pac-Land (the entire reason I bought one)
I have a few cheap cards on the way from ebay (Legendary Axe, Victory Run, JJ & Jeff, China Warrior)
Can anyone recommend any TG16 must haves for the collection? Also, am i right in thinking my EU machine will play US NTSC right out of the box? And does anyone know where I can get a CHEAP JPN adapter? (The only one I have seen costs more that a buying a JPN system and games and having it shipped)
Thanks

That guy does reviews of TG-16 games. You might want to check him out.

Air Zonk and Soldier Blade. VERY FUN ADDICTING GAMES. Might set you back $120 though =X

The Legendary Axe series is great (make sure you add part 2 to your collection). Victory Run is one of my FAVORITE racing titles the system has to offer. China Warrior is such a hilariously bad game, but I love it because it was actually the first game I've ever purchased for the console.
If you're into puzzle games, I'd suggest Parasol Stars and Tricky Kick (maybe even Boxy Boy). Anything in the Bonk's series was perfection and you can't go wrong with the near-perfect port of Splatterhouse (see my icon and screen name to understand my LOVE for that game). If you like crazy schmups, I'd suggest Side-Arms or Super Star Soldier.
What genre of games do you most enjoy Sheep? I can give you a quick 1-2 game rundown for every genre... IF you'd like.

Bonk 1 & 2, duh! Keith Courage is a fun time waster too (although, if yours is truly NIB, you already have it).
Just buy a JP machine for JP games. Dunno why the adapters have always been so pricey.
