3DO Manual Sizes & Max # of Disks

What's the largest 3D0 Game Manual that was ever made?

Were there any Multi-Disk 3D0 games?
If so, what were they, and how many disks did they come with?

I'm asking these questions to see if adding 3D0 Manual Support, to my Extra-Tall SegaCD/Saturn Soft-Case Design, would be feasible,
or if I need to design a separate line of Game Cases for 3D0 Games.

I looked on eBay and there are some with manuals almost as tall as the box, and there are games with 2 discs.
