Quite honestly I wouldn't want that weight on my shoulders anyway. I have a talent for screwing things up ;)

Shenske, you just have to be more careful what you upload, now that you're a star of the internets  ;)

i always try to be as careful as possible, but on occasion a few things can slip

edit: for example i put a UPC on Link's Crossbow Training and it didn't have a UPC

I know, I know. I was just joking.

Just PM Snowcone about it if it is a big deal for you.

i really only have one suggestion.

can there be a way for the artist of the cover to be able to revise their work after the cover is uploaded?

i've noticed with a few covers i messed up a tiny detail and wish that the version on the site could be fixed.

I think that's very very difficult to implement because even we Admins can't change covers which are allready posted.... Only the administrator(snowcone) can change uploaded covers and I think he wants to keep it that way(which I can perfectly understand). ;)

I'd like to eventually change that and put more power in the hands of the other admins.

He meant for people to do their own changes.

All you need to do is upload the .psd and give that link also.

this way people can clean them up more or do some minor changes.

As for the designing of the site.  I think I can help.

Do you do the coding?  If so then I will be able to help alot, if not then it's gonna be a little harder.

Hi everybody,

My name is BJ and I am a "professional" graphic designer. My education is in GD and I have worked at many GD places - newspapers, print & production houses, firms and currently work as a Graphic Design Specialist for a Minnesota college. I am also play/collect a lot of video games (new and retro). I have been coming to TCP for quite a while and making sweet DS cases for my GBA games and I finally realized that maybe I can contribute back. I don't have many covers that aren't already on here but I would be willing to spend my time (I have some spare moments here at work everyday) helping any way I can with scans (fixing errors, repairing damage, color correcting, resizing, giving advice, tips, creating uniform spine styles, etc.). Everyone usually does a great job with their scans but I tend to have to fix the ones I download (I just downloaded the "The World Ends With You" un-subbed scan and had to fix the crookedness). I don't know any of the moderators or top scan posters here (all that comes to mind is Snocone) but please contact me and I will be glad to help with whatever I can. Also, if you wish, please forward this message to the other pages (I had no idea where to start this).

Thanks...

what exactly are you looking for? PHP? CSS? Photoshop? How many hours? Some idea of scope would be great.
