GBC. GBA and DS Request

I am looking for either a retail or a custom made (that looks like a retail case at least ) covers for these gameboy color, gameboy advance and nintendo ds cases. I need them to fit into Nintendo DS cases.

Nintendo DS:
Drawn to Life
Guinness World Records the Video Game
Teenage Zombies
The Sims 2
Need for Speed Most Wanted
Tao's Adventure Curse of the Demon Seal
Zoo Tycoon DS
Animal Crossing Wild World (The current one on the website doesn't print properly no matter what I do, it makes it really small on the paper when I have printed every other case without a problem with the same settings).

Gameboy Color:
Yu-Gi-Oh! Dark Duel Stores
Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue
Tom and Jerry
Toy Story 2

Gameboy Advance:
TinyToon Adventures Wacky Stackers
Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam
Hot Wheels World Race

If someone would be able to make some custom cases, or scan the retail case of any of these games it would help a lot.
