I stand by what I said, if you are expecting the game to not have challenges then your core expectation of classic games is off. Your listed complaints for the game are all based on your ability. Regardless of the handicapped nature of being sleep deprived, you still are knocking a game because you aren't good at it. Likewise you are complaining that it is the controls when it is more likely your current state.
Hopefully it clicks better for you after your nap.... but I encourage you to go back and read what you wrote. When you do, ask yourself what classic games dont do respawns as screen moves? What dont have stuff falling at you or set you up to be knocked into a pit? Of the games you can think of that dont do what youve listed as faults, how many are consider Classics and beloved by fans? (even mario world has some of the faults youve listed)
