Curious - Game Trading

So was sitting here looking at the extras I had to my collection thinking I really need to sell them and get some money back but then I remember how much I hate doing so.
Ebay is becoming a pain with the holds they put on the money (especially when people forget to leave feedback for 20 days lol) and then the 13% they make off each game + the extra % paypal takes.

Anyways, I am sure I am not the only person in the same boat and was wondering if it might be best to try and start some sort of trading, preferably no money involved. I don't have a definitive list of the extras I have , yet, but know I would glad to trade off for the few games I am still wanting or other things like MTG cards ,  a renewed and just as nostalgic collecting addiction lol.

Oh, I have been a Goozex and CAG member for years and have done some extensive trading there but over the years it just isn't what it used to be.

Thoughts?

Wait, what?!

I just sold two items today and none of my money is on "hold" or anything like that.  I've never heard of such a thing.

What are you looking to trade?

On new member's, especially in electronics or media, they put a hold on your money. When you can actually access the money depends on several factors like if you provided tracking. (Fastest I've gotten access to my money is 3 days, longest is a month.)

This is just off the top of my head, but I think you have to sell 25 items in that category, with good feedback, and have grossed over $250 before they lift the holds.

It's been a pain in my butt.

Yeah I have had my ebay account for years, dont sell/buy too often but I have like 160 or so feedback. Its fairly recent, essentially the money is pending until positive feedback is left.

As for what I am looking to trade, I just have a lot of extra games and a few extra systems. Few ps1 games, system etc essentially extra things I have gotten in auctions or bundles on craigslist. Also a giant stack of NES manuals I dont think I am going to keep

Let me know what stuff you've got and I'll let you know if any of it tickles my fancy.

That's crazy about eBay.  I guess I sidestepped the problem somehow.  Been a member since 1998 with just over 400 feedback.  Don't know if htat has anything to do with it  ???
