Dan-Fu:

Awesome! I'm gonna try this sometime with one of my GBA boxes.

Seymor Onion:

Success!

One down, Ninety Nine to go...  ;D

I'm going to experiment with my methods, and try to find a way to make these more easily, by hand.
Once I perfect my skills at this, and assuming I can make at least 100 without my arm falling off, I'll start selling em.

larryinc64:

Looks good, can't wait till you start selling them, I need 3.

Seymor Onion:

I've made 3 so far.
It takes me about 45 minutes per box...  :'(

Mick Dundee needs 3, and
larryinc64 needs 3

I'm gonna hit the sack in a few minutes.
I'll make at least three more when I get up.

I'm thinking about just making these by request.
I have enough materials on hand to make 18 total.

I'm going to make a lot of phone calls on Monday, and see if there are any affordable ways to get the pattern printed out on 100 or so sheets of A4 Cardstock, by a local printing company.
That shouldn't be too expensive; I can do the cutting and gluing parts myself, so I won't have to spend hundreds of dollars on tooling.
Maybe they can also do some of the perforating.

Seymor Onion:

Well, guys... It happened.
Just as I was tracing the pattern for the Sixth GBA Tray, my arm fell off.  :o
It took me most of the day to reattach it.

I'll finish the Sixth Tray tomorrow, before I start calling around to some paper and box makers.

In the meantime, Mick, if you PM or E-Mail me your address, I'll send you three of my homemade GBA Trays, free of charge.
Larry, I'll send ya the other three, free of charge.  ;)
