Anyone know where to get replacement (most likely remakes) of inner boxes for GBA, SNES, GB and any other that I  might want/need in the future?
 At the moment I only need a couple GBA inserts but im sure as time goes on I could need more.

Shenske, with that site, every time I try to register I get 404'd. I need some scans from them.

I've never had a problem registering. I just use google chrome to translate the page and create an account. Simple as that.... not sure what to tell you  :-\

I looked into getting some made by the same local company that makes the 25-Pack Boxes for my HuCard Sleeves.

Tooling will cost about five hundred bucks, for Each Case Insert Design.
Each insert will cost about a quarter each, if I have at least 5,000 of them made.

  5,000 x $ 0.25 =$ 1,250
$ 1,250 + $ 500 = $ 1,750
$ 1,750 / 5,000 = $ 0.35 each (The break-even price for the first run).

The initial investment of $ 1,750 is not something I can afford at this time, especially since that the guy that runs the VideoGameBoxProtectors.com website probably already plans to add them to his lineup.
It might also help to send him an e-mail and request them, so you voice can be heard, and counted.  ;)

This may sound like a simple solution, but it might be worth a shot. How about you just take one of those inner boxes that you already have, do physical measurements on them with a ruler, and then duplicate them with thin paperboard and glue or tape? If you were careful, you could probably have some real success with it.

aside from being kinda lazy, I have an 8 mo son and any spare time I get is pretty much devoted to other stuff....I am hoping I can play my Darksiders II and beat it in roughly a month so that I have yet another hope of playing the even more time consuming and less fun for my wife to watch Borderlands 2.... so...simply put. Lazy/would rather pay a small amount than bother wasting time on another project for a few trays...

 I think I only need ke 3 anyhow, and it doesn't bother me enough to physically do something about it.

Somebody scanned in the inside of the Sega Menacer 6 in 1 box, hopefully someone will be able to make an inside cover with that.

I Volunteer.  ;D

I'll pick up some posterboards at a local store, and give it a go; I'm pretty good at arts and crafts. I think I can make 3 GBA Insert Trays for about Five Bucks, and that includes the cost to ship them to New England. I'll use Glue instead of tape.

I'll post again with my results. I wanna make sure I can actually make them before I receive any fundage.

EDITED TO ADD:
Hmm... I can't get the GBA Template to load.
Can someone post a copy of it to these forums, or something?

Oh, and by the way, I'm only gonna do this until someone else starts making them professionally.

There is another thread for that kind of stuff : http://www.thecoverproject.net/forums/index.php?topic=7877.msg81472#msg81472   ;)
I might be able to give it a try soon.

On the GBA inner boxes, I need 3 of them and the VG box protector site has the GB/GBC trays that might work, because they hold the plastic cases for those carts, and are as wide as a loose GBA cart. They should fit the carts someway.
