My AUS PAL Terranigma (english language) WITH English Language Datel Pro Action Replay Mk3 IN OPEN BOX came today! Just tested it and Terranigma plays, no issues! Action Replay's text is all in English.
The cheat device itself has bad label damage. The label is a really cheap label, nowhere nearly as nice as original NTSC SNES cartridges. It literally looks like it was just printed off someone's home printer in low quality. I think I might peel the label off and make a repro label.
The box, though, is in ok shape. I plan on scanning the box this week at some point and upload the cover to the cover project, as a thank you to the community. I'd like to submit a raw scan, and a Photoshopped version, that's cleaned up.
I'm starting an in-depth review really soon, as it was REALLY hard to find good info on this cheat device (AR3), and I'd like to write about all the information I would have like to of known before I bought this myself. Unboxing, tear down, explanation of how it works, the whole 9 yards, with video showing the UI. Just like this community collectively has it's documentation project (game covers in our case), this is going to be my own documentation project.
Anybody out there with an Action Replay Mk3 that would like to help, reply to this! Also, anybody has any questions about the AR3, I'd like to write them down and try to address in my review!
I hope people will find this to be interesting and worthwhile, as I'm really excited to write this review!
