I'll second The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword.
I, too, would really love to play that game, but I can't handle it's control scheme (Wii Motion Plus.)
I read somewhere on the internets, that you can remap the sword swings to a second analog stick, if ya play the game using Dolphin.
I'm tempted to buy a used copy off of eBay or something, and try that method out, someday in the future, if it ever becomes certain that Nintendo won't remake it w/Standard GamePad Support.
I also didn't care for the Wii version of Twilight Princess, but at least they also released it for GameCube, so those of us who don't like the Wiimote could play it too; albeit in 4:3 mode.
There's two other Zelda games that I own, but I bought them used, so Nintendo couldn't count it as a New Sale, because I didn't like their control scheme either.
It's the two DS Games; Spirit Tracks and Phantom Hourglass.
I've been struggling with them on my DSI XL, and on the Desmume Emulator.
I ordered a cheap Flat Panel Mount off of Amazon yesterday, as it will let me rotate my TV 90 degrees (into Portrait Mode) and that should help to increase the Screen Size greatly, so I can at least see what I'm doing. My HDTV isn't very big.
I'm already very accustomed to playing games with a Mouse and Keyboard, as well as using Digital and Analog GamePads; but I find a Stylus or a Wiimote very tiring, and irritating.
I'm not quite sure what to make of the upcoming Wii-U's Tablet+HDTV Designs, but if we're really lucky, future Zeldas and RPGs for that system will allow use of the Classic Controller Pro, and let us put the Tablet on an easel and use it for a mini-map, or Tingle Cam (like in Wind Waker) or something.
The Wii-U Demo for the new Luigi's Mansion looked interesting, where ya hold the Tablet between you and the TV, and can see the Ghosts on the Tablet.
I'm going to reserve judgement on that game, until I can try it out for myself, and see if it is awkward and/or tiring.
