Why exactly do SNES and N64 manuals not fit in new UGCs?

Number 4 was a play on words - not only is the UGC closed, but the topic should now be closed as the instructions are there. (ie when a police case is solved/closed).  But as dilbert would say,  it's not funny if I have to explain it.  *sigh*

BIG thanks to ShoothimNow! That was all I needed. No muss, no fuss, just an answer. Now that I know WHAT causes problems, I can take a closer look and see if it can be dealt with.

I don't think Tiktetak had any right to call anyone stupid here...my question was very specific, and so was the answer that I needed. Just trying to find a solution here...
