Forte said he got a Chinese cart of Rockman World 1-5. He didn't specify, but I would bet that he meant a original GameBoy cart, not a GBA cart. The spine and left side of the art should reflect the original DMG GameBoy, not GBA.

Even if IS for the GBA, the pirate would use the roms from the original games and thus wouldn't be in color. Therefore, the screenshots shouldn't be in color either.

I guess it shouldn't surprise me too much. Judging by the copyright date, I was in college which was a 5 year no-game bubble for me :-\

True, my Pirate is a GB cart, but the intended release was GBA, so that all is fine. The only thing I would ask to be changed is the spine. I'd like the GBA part at the top removed and the Capcom logo inserted below "Mega Man Mania". Basically, a retail GBA box cover. Other than that, very well done :)
