i made a template for this too to fit the gba cases a few months back.
I never posted it once i found out there were cases already (i didn't know that it was only for the japanese games though).
i really like Lumberjack's template, its better than what i had planned. :)
the only games i own are:
Sonic Pocket Adventures (no label)
Bust a Move
i don't have the cases but i could scan the label of bust a move if anyone needs it.

Sorry for the bump but is there any chance these will be uploaded? The links seem to be dead :( I recently got a brand new Neo Geo Pocket Color off eBay with 5 games that of course came in those little plastic cases >.>
