Ruby will also have a slight purple hue to it as well when compared to Red. My emerald cover will have a slight blueish hue to it too. I simply didn't want them to look all the same and have a big block of the same color. --- End quote --- I understand why you did it, and I like the hue that Ruby is in, but I have to agree that the sapphire cover looks so purple-y. I haven't printed it, but I can tell just by looking at it. If there wasn't a bluesea version, I'd suggest making blue the shade bluesea is in, and make sapphire the shade blue is currently in. Still, it's a beauty of a case. Do you plan on making variant covers for Heart Gold and Soul Silver as well? Not that I'm requesting it. Just curious if you plan on actually tackling the DS games. Especially with B/W/B2/W2, since color variation would be more restricting. |
