I think that you should finish what you started.  I'd love to see what all the games would look like lined up together on a shelf.  And if possible, could you add Diamond and Pearl to the mix so I can see what it looks like?  That'd be awesome.

And Yellow Version's official name is Special Pikachu Edition or something like that.  Good luck fitting that on the spine!

We don't have Donkey Konga 1 or 2 on the site? I've got those and Jungle Beat. Let me know if we nned them and I'll scan them tonight.

sure, that would be great, as long as its a real scan from the game and not the gamespot images (they are a little small)

(i know there is one on the site already but its fuzzy and dark in a few areas)

i'm not sure what resolution they are or the dpi but i doubt it.

if you download the picture, right click and go to properties.  go to details section and it will tell you dpi and resolution.


if its not 300 dpi at least, and resolution in the thousands then unfortunately i can't use it

It doesn't say it on there, but the scans are clear enough to where you can use it.

You'll never find usable scans on a site like gamespot, gamefaq, ign or other game review sites.... They just use the images to show off the artwork but htey are never meant to be used any further!!!!

They are low dpi or low res or both..... Even the images from mobygames which are 300dpi SOMETIMES are too low res ot be used most of the time....

There is another site called thelegacy which has some more high res artwork but I doubt even their scans might be unusable.... Quite many are 300dpi but als low res....

That's 'cause it's a scan of an unopened game with a custom spine. I uploaded one to the site that was 25% brighter(and 25% better IMO:)) but the admins didn't replace it with the new one. The one thing I like about it is the custom spine. I scanned the back of the preorder card thing and added a logo and whatnot.

If anybody's wondering why it was unopened, it went something like this:
1) Preordered Diamond for stylus
2) Pearl/Diamond get released onto interwebs
3) I download them to see if they're any good (this was the Friday before release)
4) I decided I'd buy it, but I'd think about actually opening it (No aspect of it really wowed me)
5) Bought it, scanned it unopened
6) Decided I didn't have enough time for a new RPG
7) Sold it to friend for $30

click on the link, put in the three letter code and download it.
(i rechecked the link and it works)
the template is in photoshop format. if you don't have photoshop then you won't be able to view it.

i don't have authoization to upload it dirrectly (because its a file, not a picture). 
one of the admins or snowcone would have to do that.
