I have a copy of Megaman 2 that I cant get to play on my front loading NES. I have cleaned it, and I relapsed the pin connecter, but I still have problems with carts. With all my carts, I can never get them to start on the first try, but after some wiggling they start eventually but not Megaman 2. Any tips?

The cart or system? I have both. Btw, the console only shows a flat grey screen when on with the cart in, It does not blink.

Beacause all your games act up I'd say it's your NES that's the problem.
Buy new cart connector.

And your Mega Man cart can ofcourse be totally busted.

I had a similar problem to the one you describe.  Before going the replacement 72 route.  First try cleaning your existing 72 with electrical contact cleaner (spray can).  Pull the 72 off the NES MB and spray and rub the pins on the MB.  DO NOT USE BRASS CLEANER.  Brass cleaner is great for making it shinny but it also removes metal in the process.  Blast the existing 72 with the electrical contact cleaner spray.  It dries quickly just dab off any excess. The residue you might see is the small amount of oil that is in the cleaner spray.  My NES went from blink of death to working first try every time and that's without messing with the pins.
This is just my personal experience and method of fixing it.  Some might agree with what i did and some might think I'm a Jack wagon.
Good Luck

I got this Pin connecter "New" within the past year, so I do not think It's dirty, But I may still take a look at it. If that fails, is there any place that sells Pin connecters that are guaranteed to work?

I got two of my systems from here; you may want to try one of their replacement parts.
