Selling some extras in my Mega Man collection! Please buy this stuff ;)

You guys are sort of missing how free market works.  If they sell for above retail, then that's what seller will list them for.  It's perfectly reasonable.  Have you NEVER sold anything for more that it originally cost?  That's how collectible items work.

Forte's right, you guys sound a little butt-hurt over the whole thing.  If it bugs you, then just don't buy anything.  No reason to crap up Forte's the thread.  He's a good guy and he should be able to sell here without persecution.
Forte:
Thanks wiggy and satoshi_matrix  and everyone else that's being reasonable. And for reference, I went and dug these up:

Mega Man 1 Complete (Oval Seal, not even the older, rarer Round Seal) 174.99

Mega Man X Complete (nicer condition, but same game) 69.00

Mega Man V (Cart Only) 80.00, and this was a BIN

Mega Man Zero 4 22.48

Mega Man Zero 3 (Complete, but to prove my point) 32.22

Compare those to my prices and get back to me about what's "fair and reasonable".
AO007:
To be fair Forte, I think the majority of what you're offering is being sold at a fair price. Mega Man X complete for $33, Mega Man 2 complete for $32.00, etc

It's just a couple of them that seem a bit funky, especially compared to the others.

I would recommend maybe dropping the Mega Man V cart to $55-$60 shipped. For most people, the cart is all they could ever want or need, and it's not THAT much higher than its original MSRP, plus it's the only Gameboy Mega Man game to not be a port of a NES game, so it's definitely something worth demanding.

Now $158.00 for a complete NES copy of the original Mega Man... this is somewhat reasonable. I would still drop it to $150 shipped, again not a huge drop but it's sure to get a little more attention that way.

Mega Man 3, considering it's a rare copy, can be dropped to $100 shipped.

Other than what I mentioned, I don't think anything else needs changing. Some people might rag on you for Legends disc only, but I personally think you offering a custom case is genius, since jewel cases break easily. You should offer custom cases for the GBA games for an extra fee.
Azarkhel:
If you don't want to pay those prices then don't buy them. It's not complicated. This guy is a good and fair seller, no point in filling his thread full of shit. If you want to discuss how wild game prices are going maybe start your own thread?

Thank you. I'm not going to reply to the trolling anymore, and have alerted the mods. I just want to sell my extra items in peace at a fair price. If people want to debate the price of collectable games, they can do it somewhere else.
