SNES List of Games Which Do Not Have Horizontal Retail-Style Covers Yet

Are we looking for "true" retail covers, or just horizontal retail-style covers? If the former is the case, then we should add Congo's Caper to the list, as the horizontal "retail" cover on the site has an ESRB rating where it shouldn't be, and the "Seal of Quality" is in the wrong spot, too. Small gripes, I know, but still, not a "true" retail cover.

At this moment, I am looking for horizontal covers. But retail will be the best. Thanks.
