Nah you boys are right, I indirectly went mental with the filtering on this one. Pretty much just left it automated.

Here's something a little more conservative, light moire reduction, some retouching scratches/dust and a little level correction.

Just wanted it done quick  I guess, spent 2.5 hours on this compared to the 15-20 on Bomberman. Did not want to get into one of "those" covers again haha, should be fine now. Take a look and let me know.

Thank you, I hope this one is up to the standard of this website because I really hate it when someone spent that much time on a cover and never got posted to the website. Thanks.

:o :o :o ..........yeah, lets never have another Super Bomberman level of clean up required again!! thats one haunts my very soul.  :'(

That one is better in terms of the filtering but for me there are still too many imperfections/scratches/bits of dust.......or "sand" all over there.  ;D

Thats just me though and the stickler for pixel perfect level of perfection kind of person the cover admins have turned me into! ha ha.

I started going over it last night and got about half way through removing EVERYTHING I would not be happy with, so Ill finish that later and we can have a look at them both to see where we are.

Sorry man, I really hate this doing this......especially with people who are much more experienced and long standing than I am (and with someone who has taken over covers from me because I couldnt handle them!!).......just please do not take my interruption and attempts to "take over" as anything more than trying to help and get this one done for the list here.

Then I guess we need to clean that cover a little bit more. Thanks.

Azarkhel:

Man go for it, I can't tell what's supposed to be there and what isn't without a decent reference image. Just be careful though, I checked it against a couple of other images online and a lot of that "dust" is actually detail that's in the original painting. Same goes for the scratches, a lot of those are thick brushwork. Particularly the more vertical ones.
