Could you tell me which of your posted covers up to now came from high res sources (min. 300dpi)?
I would like to check them for quality as we could need some for the site but only got so much time you know.
Also are those customs or retail (back legal text original, spine like it should be)?

Sure man! I am making them for Banisher for this list of missing covers on the site......which I assume was for eventual upload to the main site.

I have been uploading them through the "Upload a cover" tab as I go but often receive errors when the upload is complete which I was not sure about, some of them may be sitting in your lists for approval now I would hope.

Anyway, to answer your questions =

1 - All of them are 300 DPI and above for sure, just checked them all.......also, to be clear (literally, lol), all of them were made using 600 DPI scans that Banisher sent me.

2 - Of course about the quality check, expect nothing less if they are going up on the main outward facing part of the site......but again, that is/was always what I have in mind when I make/made them, so hopefully with the amount of wrist aching detail I have been cleaning these up with, they should meet your standards hopefully.

3 - ALL of the back text is COMPLETELY legit......cleaned up, whitened (or coloured whatever the original colour was) so they pop out more than the scans I have and generally the back text is what takes me the longest to do as I comb over every single little detail to make sure it is both in line with the retail original and of good quality without colour bleeding or distortion - I use Shenske's template but hardly use the pre-packaged back text with that, as most covers differ from that so much.

4 - The spines are the same as above but the only difference to retail is that I have left the bottom SNES grey logo to ensure display continuity......seems like most people leave that there on retail horizontal covers, so I did, checked with the guys in here and they said fine to do so.

If you want that removed so it is PURE original retail, then let me know and I will go through them all, whip that out and re-upload.

Also, so you dont have to go back through the pages here to find the ones I have done so far......here they are for you =

OhhNoYouNintenDidnt:

LOL, dont know about that Banisher.

Man, I am REALLY going to town on this Incredible Crash Test Dummies cover...........and I just CANT STOP!!!! I have spent hours literally re-drawing all the character art on the back cover!!! lol.

Im nearly there with it but think I might need a break after this one as the level of detail I have gone to with this one is setting a dangerous prescedence for me in terms of my own personal standards.

The best example of what I mean is how I keep looking at the 2000% zoomed frames of these 600dpi images and I am saying to myself =

"Nope............thats not clear enough.........."  ??? ??? ???

Plus, the scan for this one had quite extensive damage in the form of lots of creases, so again, once I started re-colouring and re-drawing so much of it it just felt like it would look terrible if I didnt essentially do all of it.

Anyway, should have done in the next hour or so.
