I'll tell you want I want to see, though I'll preface this by saying I don't expect anything even remotely like this to actually occur. This is just what I want.

I want a Capcom representative to go up to the podium, smile and wave until the audience quiets down, and begin a speech. The speech would sound something like this:

"Over the past couple of years, Capcom has made a lot of decisions, some of which were met with negative criticism. In particular, I refer to the Blue Bomber, Mega Man. Certain decision were made in what we felt was the best interest of everyone. However, with the last two Mega Man games unfortunately cancelled, and Mega Man's 25th anniversary drawing near, many fans have worried over the future of our beloved mascot.

"Let me reiterate, Mega Man is not dead. We at Capcom still care deeply about him, as you all do. That is why we have kept quiet about any future plans regarding Mega Man. We didn't want to announce anything until we were certain the product would meet our standards. I am here today to tell you that Mega Man will continue to fight for everlasting peace."

Then the video would roll, probably showing a montage of Mega Man though the years, and it all leads up the 25th anniversary logo, followed by the trailer to the next new Mega Man game. I don't even care what it is. It could be MM11, MMX9, MML3, MMZ5, MMZx3, MMBN7, MMSF4, MHX2, MMPU2, or a brand new series altogether.

If they announce a collection, there better be more. Mega Man's 25th anniversary deserves a game, not a compilation of old games we already have. Granted, I don't expect any announcement for Mega Man at E3. I don't expect any announcement for Mega Man this year. I expect Capcom will give us nothing by the years end, and Mega Man's 25th anniversary will be completely ignored by the very company that referred to him as their mascot.

I don't mind the old gamepads, but I do wish they would evolve (and not into tablets). Honestly, what I want is something like the Wii Nunchuck, but as a regular controller. Picture a nunchuck plugged into another nunchuck, with maybe more buttons, or something. I don't see that happening, since a controller like that is limited to a certain number of buttons (unless you add a couple that are within reach of your ring finger and pinky to each, and even then), but with a controller like this, you can have left-handed control set ups if you wish, and allow you to sit more comfortably. Hell, if it was wireless, you can position yourself however you want and be comfortable. And you can design games that only use one (remember, like the Wii 'Mote), which can be enjoyed by people who cannot use both hands, or people who are trying to multitask (Now you can eat that greasy pizza and not get your controller dirty!).

Again, I don't expect anyone to do anything like this at E3. This is just more stuff I'd like to see, and probably never will. :(

BTW, Sony already copied the Wii Remote. How bad would it look if they came out with a tablet for their console? Because if they try to top the WiiU (I think I'll start calling it the Wuu. It sounds better than Wii U) tablet, that's most likely the route they would take. And it will be disgraceful.

2nd on Last Gaurdian news. It's really the only reason that I picked up a PS3 again.

Also, I'm ready for a new PS controller design. It wasn't a good design in 1995, and it's no better today. In fact, it's arguably worse. The addition of the "me too" analogue sticks feels as tacked on as it is. Weird placement, horrible thumbstick shape. Ugh.

I wish I could use the 360 controller for EVERY system.

I hate to burst the SEGA come back fantasy bubble, but they will not be making another console.  Sega had to sign covenants not to compete with both Nintendo and Sony in 2001...  Both Nintendo and Sony refused to license Sega to make games unless they signed off stating they would not make consoles.  After the console wars, i don't blame either one.

Basically I think this goes against anti-trust laws....something nintendo should know alot of about by now, if it is true.

Breaking that agreement would likely only mean that Nintendo and Sony would no longer license Sega games.  Not exactly the end of the world.

Having said that, I'm willing to be Sega is in a far better place now that they've a abadoned console production.  I really doubt that they'll re-enter the console market any time soon, if ever.

Not at all..  two companies can agree to anything they want.  Nintendo and Sony had SEGA by the balls in 2001...  either they agreed to drop dreamcast / future consoles or they would not do business with them therby sega would go bankrupt and be done.  Very simple, very legal.  It was on the news when it happened and we went over the legal agreement in my Business Law class in college back in 2006.  You have to remember SEGA approached Nintendo and Sony BEFORE they announced the end of dreamcast.  It is not like Nintendo and sony sent reps to threaten sega or anything.  Sega needed Nintendo and Sony to survive.

pikmin 3 and star fox

pikmin 3 has been teased for quite a long time and star fox needs a comeback (which has been long rumored since i dont know when)

also, some gameplay from "last of us", i hate when the trailers only show cutscenes. it makes the game look a lot like the movie "the road" but with zombies.

kingdom hearts HD collection (the only thing i need to not buy a ps2, since most of my fav games have alredy been released on ps3, gamecube or wii)

a date for metal gear solid rising and metal gear solid 5

more games for ps vita and 3ds

I don't want it to be reinvented.  I just want it to be at least somewhat comfortable in my hands and not have the shittiest D-pad on Earth (yes, worse than the GCN D-pad IMO).

Microsoft didn't re-invent anything with theirs.  Same shit that they've all had for years.

analogue shoulder buttons, check.
dual analogue sticks, check.
nice, useful D-pad, check.
vibrate, check.
wireless, check.
4 face buttons, 4 shoulder buttons, start and "select", check.
Fits comfortably in my hands and remains comfortable after hours of use, check.

Ergonomics is my ONLY grip with the PS controller.
