M47R1X, they look pretty good. The logo for Legend of Dragoon looks kinda blurry, but it might not be bad enough to not be put on the site.

Thank you very much! I meticulously extracted that logo from a 19200 dpi scan I had made of the cover for the game, so I had hoped it would look sharp.... It's my goal with these covers to in a sense re-create the old covers in a new aspect ratio. If you look at the original Legend of Dragoon, PEII, and DDR cases, they look very very similar. All of the copyright info, game details, and screenshots are the same (or as similar as I could get) as the original. I would also like to mention that before last week I had no friggin' idea how to use Photoshop and through trial and error I taught myself. The Legend of Dragoon cover was my first attempt and I'm pretty dang proud of it, so thanks for the positive input!

Here are a few previews of some of my other covers (I'm away from my main PC, so I can't upload the full images yet, sorry):

Megaman 8:

And for this last one I edited a Saturn cover, it was just easier:

If I change anything about those it will be removing the anniversary stuff from the non-anniversary editions, make the side bar look more fluid with the front side of the cover, and/or make the text on the backside more visible. Any advice for what the text on the back should look like would be GREAT. I may just end up further editing the backside of the Saturn cover.

Megaman X5:

Not sure how I like the logo on the first one. Probably gonna change that. But the second one I'm fine with.

Tekken 3 (ONLY because I couldn't download the horizontally oriented one by SMMM. I did use the back cover for Grumbleduke's vertically oriented cover, so I claim NO credit for the backside. I do plan, however, to recreate the back cover like I did the others):

Any input is greatly appreciated! After I jack around with these others I will upload them and start on a Spyro the Dragon cover. Thank you for the input!

I'd suggest making that group image on the back of the MM8 covers semi-transparent, or an outline, or something- it stands out a tad too much and makes the text hard to read.

There's some empty space on the back of those X5 covers... you should fill it with another screenshot or something. Also, I'm pretty sure that first X5 cover uses the cover for X8, so that's a tad awkward :x

Still, though, aside from that they're quite good!

How long have you been making covers? Based on your posts, I'd think you are just starting out - but based on your output, it looks like you've been doing this for years!

You sir, are awesome. I think a little over  a week. And how do I make that bit transparent? My photohop knowledgebase is quite small. That cover for x5 I think is the ps2  collection cover :/ I used the pal version for the back cover, but I'm open for options.

What I would do (for Paint.NET, but the principles should be the same)

Create new layer
Make a white rectangle under the text
Layer properties
Opacity: 75-175/255

or

Layer the character art is on:
Opacity: 75-175/255

I'd prefer the first option because it's consistent with the text.

Doi, I did that with the PE2 cover, why didn't I think of that....   Again, the LoD cover is my very first Photoshop experience. ::)

Nice covers, M4TRIX.  I'm not skilled at photoshop and can't really give much photoshop tips, but my only and current suggestion would be to make MegaMan's boot go onto the spine of the cover and not cut off from the front, or make a version where his boot shows up.
