The demo case is awesome. That is the earliest one I have to! And I have tons. I can help you out with the disc cause I have them in drawer somewhere.

Do you have the Pizza Hut demos? I have no idea what type of case they came in, as I don't have a case for them. I would appreciate even raw scans due to its obscurity.

Hey Doom try this link.. This guy has got all of the Demos listed. Don't think the scans are high res enough for TCP but its a good sight for getting ideas. Plus they also have the Pizza Hut Demos
