Oh wait, I just realized your talking about Legend of Dragoon. (Sorry, I haven't had more than 9 hours of sleep in the past three days) I've already got the case for the GH version. I don't need scans of the LoD cover, what I would like to find is a high-res scan of the cover without the LoD logo and other stuff obscuring the image, and also find the image on the back without all the text, screenshots, game info, etc. This would allow me to fully manipulate the cover/back as I need in order to make it work for the DVD dimensions.

Yeah, I'll take a scan of the guide, it should help a lot.

And thanks for the Duke scan, sheep. I think I'll hold off on the back scan though, I tend to redo those completely anyway.

The only issue I see with your Grumbleduke is that the SCUS should be above the NTSC on the spine.
