I'd say add them under their actual name. Maybe as a compromise name it Mortal Kombat (MK Deception Kollector's Edition Bonus Disc).

Street Fighter EX + Alpha.  My 1st PS1 cover in DVD style - finding good quality art/logos for this game was a bitch!  My mint copy went for a walk years ago, and just won a disk only on ebay.

Looks nice . I tried to play PS1 Space Debris for the first time in about 5 years last week and it wont bloody load . Cleaned it,checked PS1, tried to back it up but even the PC cant read it. Not sure whats happened as the disc looks fine. I hate losing games so now i have to try to find a new copy.(and im gonna interrogate the kids!!)
