I'd say first upload them to a box or mediafire account. I can take a look at them to see if they are, but the final wordwould be from a Cover Admin.
For a game not on the list, post it to the game above or below where it should be. They will probably take a while to be added by a admin, if they meet the standards.
For now, upload to Box or Mediafire so people can download the full cover from here.

A suggestion . . .
I'd say for Skullmonkeys, you should probably use different art. That art is more for The Neverhood 1.

The text on the spine of the cases. Been looking into converting a lot of cases to that style since I live in Aus, all ps2 cases are like that.

I just used the psx cover template:

I selected the withe spine and used arial 18 font, I'm also converting all my cases to that format, they look kind of fancy.

I Cant use photoshop and those kind of stuff so I just want to ask if someone can do:

Sorry Guys I don't know if my first post got through or not but here we go anyway. Motor Toon Grand Prix doesn't Exist. It is an officially licensed game for PS1 by Sony Computer Entertainment America. There's no game upload available for it so i thought i would post a link of my Custom NTSC DVD Cover. Please let me know what you think.

Your cover is 96 DPI, the covers going to the site need to be 300DPI.
Your cover is done from low rewolution image, the covers on our site need to be done from minimum of 300DPI raw material.

-> No way is the cover be posted on our site.

But as a placeholder the cover looks decent, so thank you for sharing.
