and if it is possible, I love this wildarms cover http://www.thecoverproject.net/view.php?game_id=1252 but all my cases have the horizontal playstation not the vertical, is it possible to flip it?
I see some floating around here and there in 3d models, and either they are never uploaded or were removed or something I just never can seem to find them :(

Could you possibly provide some scans of the original cases / manuals?
I know a few on that list are fairly pricey to track down if someone doesn't own them (I'm personally trying to track down a complete copy of Tactics Orge but have refused the prices the last couple I've seen go for)

I personally cannot, my cases were destroyed in a basement flood :(, the discs cleaned up but all the paper in the cases got moldy and had to be thrown out.
