That's truly remarkable, Forte! I wouldn't be surprised to find out that you have the best collection of Mega Man merchandise in the world.

That's a near impossible question to answer because of how significantly the series has been milked, but as far as US NTSC releases go, I have them all, yes, CIB (except the 2 Tiger LCD handhelds, those are loose). I have a lot of the JPN NTSC and a few PAL releases, but mainly to fill in gaps for what was never released here (Mega Man The Wily Wars, Rockman Power Battle Fighters, Rockman WonderSwan & Neo Geo Pocket Color games, Rockman Complete Works, etc).

That's truly remarkable, Forte! I wouldn't be surprised to find out that you have the best collection of Mega Man merchandise in the world.

I'm not even close, there's a guy on the Capcom Unity boards named ShadowMan (Ian) with a far better collection than I have, but I'd say mine is passable.

Wow, seriously?? That's ridiculous! Yours is certainly nothing to sneeze at, though. It's hard to imagine that's there is more stuff than what you have!

Yeah, take a look:

He has way more games. I have more posters and figures. But still, all those Japanese and PAL releases kick the shit out of my collection.

Wow, you weren't kidding! I love the bronze and silver Rockman statues. Those things, *ahem*, rock.

If I had unlimited funds, the one Mega Man thing that I would buy at the moment is this:

JEALOUS!

I wish they had decided to add more music to the collection, though, but I also understand why they didn't. They wanted to celebrate the classic, original Mega Man, and that music is certainly the best.

I just imagine that there is a LOT of space left on each CD.

That E tank is kick-ass!  Do you have the Megaman and rush remote control car?  I think I still have a CIB example still kicking around if not (although I applied all the stickers :-\ ).

Also, did you change your name to Chris Angel?  Because my mind is totally fucking freaked!  Just awesome man, despite your assessment of "passable".

I'm still trying to find one that's new (Japan and I disagree what "new" means, apparently).

And thanks :) But I look at it like the Olympics, would I win a medal? Nope. So, I'm not gonna brag about my collection. It's ok, but not the best. But that gives me incentive to keep working on it :D

Thanks, but it's not about beating someone, it's about the journey :)
