Mega Man 9 and Mega Man 10 are two of the very few digital games that SHOULD have gotten retail releases, like a 9+10 collection, or hell, an Anniversary Collection+.

Exactly, if MvC2 Download can get a special "retail" release, MM 9 and 10 should have with codes in the cases for the DLC.

Pain & Wipeout HD got cheap disc based releases in EU. And i bought both - even though i had them downloaded already.
