Just for Peace Walker... possibly, it is a fun game, and was unofficially considered Metal Gear Solid 5 by Hideo Kojima during development. Although why would you want to skip out on 2 and 3? Even if you've played them to death, it's always fun to go back to them. I don't think I can ever get tired of them.
As for the cover, I've scoured everywhere I can think of to find a good version of the image, but nothing, in English or Japanese. However, I did realize that if someone in the US bought the Collector's Edition version, the cover of the art book is the same as the Japanese's Premium game cover, with the exception of the missing red Solid Snake (understandable, since Metal Gear Solid (1) isn't contained in the English versions). The exact red image of Snake isn't available separately as far as I can tell, unless it found it's way into that art book or into one of the Yoji Shinkawa files, but I can't find scans of either.
So, tl;dr, if someone has the Collector's Edition art book and can scan in the cover, it'd be pretty easy to just take a different Yoji Shinkawa Snake image, tint it red, and use it, or just leave it out altogether since the game isn't actually in the collection, and you'd be halfway there.
