If anyone's interested, I've got a rare Crash Bandicoot 1 CIB (greatest hits version).  I'll let it go for 80 bucks :P

Well I had no Idea what game it was. But any way I got my NES off eBay for 60$ with CIB SMB1,2,3 Duck hunt and Mario bros loose with sleeve and manual.

Man, I feel like toaster NES systems were going for like 15-20 just five years ago. Am I crazy?  I had no idea those things were worth anything now.
scarmullet:
I think its because the NES was not as popular in the UK as it was in the US with home computers like the C64, Amstrad CPC, Atari 8bit, and ZX spectrum having command and having games at 1.99 pounds.
Moviefan2k4:
Well, the NES "top loader" was very limited to begin with; it was only in circulation for 5 months. Many who bought them have probably kept them as collector's items, while the others often disappear very quickly when they show up online. Amazon currently sells used ones starting at $85, with a new one being $750!

I'm from the US, Ignore the British musicians below. They have gone up to around 40$ for the system.
