Hi.  I thought I was registered on here before, and there was even my username and password login saved by my browser... but the site said my account did not exist.  What was causing the account removals?  Web host glitch?!

Anyway... I thought I should utilize this introduction thread, even though a lot of people probably don't use or read it.

I notice that some covers don't exist for some GameBoy titles I own... so I'll have to see about making some (I have the boxes for these missing titles... I just need to learn the ropes for making the cover art)!

Hi all,

Newbie as well - had some account creation issues - hopefully this time my account will remain this time round...

I have uploaded some PS3 and PS4 covers that aren't in this site (a couple of AU/NZ & UK and JP retail covers) - hopeful the quality is acceptable!

Looking forward to contribute more stuff!

Seeing as I've been posting more and submitted a few new covers for approval, I might as well introduce myself.

I've been lurking for years, observing and taking advantage of what TCP has to offer. I registered an account last year to report a UPC code mistake on a cover but recently wanted to contribute some new covers for the site and join in the general discussions to offer opinions and whatever experience I have.

I'm Lee -- just turned 36, avid computer gamer since the 90's. Grew up with the 8-bit and 16-bit era's of gaming.

I recently got an enterprise color laser (OKI MPS610c) printer off a trade at work -- got a great deal on it too ($60!!!). Had a lot of trouble getting prints from local printers in the area (mostly Office Depot though they closed and Staples) so with this printer I've been reprinting my entire collection on legal paper for edge-to-edge UGC prints.

--

Outside of UGC, I'm one of the admin's at The Outpost Universe and developer of OutpostHD, a remake of the game OUTPOST by Sierra. I work for a large online e-retailer where my responsibilities include processing and repairing video games, video games consoles, computers and other similar devices. Gives me first dibs on collectibles that we get fairly often (boss likes me so I get some really great deals sometimes!)

I think that's about all that's actually interesting about me so yeah... Hi! /me waves

Hello everyone! Hope this topic's not dead, because a 19-year old Playstation 3 enthusiast from central Europe would like to indroduce himself!
I'm amazed by your libary of retail cover scans and I'd like to contribute to it by scanning some obscure pieces of European game covers. Sadly, quite a bunch of PAL covers are nearly impossible to find on the net, soon to become lost media.
I would also like to turn some of my digital games into real ones, so you'll definitely see me in the request section.
As you can see, English language is not my best friend - sorry if my writing turns into gibberish!

Best regards!

Hello!

I've been an avid collector of video games for as long as I can remember, and the Cover Project has been a big help in casing all my games. I'm in the process of redoing my collection in vertical format due to myself liking it better and it being more standard across different games. I'm also using brighter paper this time around as well. Hope to see everyone around!

Figured I'd post here as well to get those rookie numbers up  ;D

I go by Jonnii since Johnathan is too long, John is my dad, and Johnny makes me sound like a 50's greaser. I'm in my late 20's as of this post and I've been gaming since I was literally 2 years old. My dad really wanted an NES that he saw in a pawn shop but my mom said no so he got ME an NES instead. First game was, of course, Super Mario Bros. and at that age (and still) I completely sucked at it. I love jumping between old and new games and own almost every console because of it, though I try to consolidate consoles down where I can (thanks Xbox Series X for eventually letting me completely retire my old 360.) I'm mostly into JRPGs and open-world fantasy RPGs but I'll play almost anything if it's interesting enough.

Outside of gaming I am open water SCUBA certified, as well as IT certified (mostly in security) and work in IT security. I'm married to a lovely woman who games almost as much as I do, if not more some days, and we have five pets: three doggos and two cats.

I've been lurking on here for a long time now but never really felt the need to make an account since I could almost always find what I was looking for by searching the forums but here I am.

Greetings,

My name is Fiddle and I've been following this site for a long time now. I guess I finally decided it would be a good time to make an account. Nice to meet everyone!

My pronouns are they/she and I'm a content creator on the internet. I love collecting and talking about games, as well as making lyrics and covers of video game music. I'm an avid fan of video game music, having run two radio stations, one focused on Nintendo and the other focused around Pokemon.

It's a pleasure to meet you all! :)

Nice to meet you, I'm Fiddle! (they/she)

Hi all!

I'm Ksawer, I'm an 18 year old out of Southwestern Ontario, Canada.

I started lightly collecting ig since I got a gameboy dmg when I was like 7, but it's definitely gotten a lot more serious since I moved out a couple years ago. My collection still isn't anything huge yet, but I'm quite happy with my 90-odd physical games, most of which have their original cases, as well as my 10 consoles ranging from the NES to gameboy color up to the Switch, and my PSP for non-Nintendo things.

I've recently gotten into repairing and restoring handhelds, which is really cool. My last project had me replacing the cartridge slot and shell on an original 3DS. I'm happy to say it works and looks good as new now.

I joined here to try to find cover art for the loose games I *do* have, as I'm not the kind of person to require original art to display my games. Seeing as I only really collect games I could see myself playing and don't intend to sell anything anytime soon.

Anyways, yeah hi! Hope everyone's doing well.

Hi  :)
I've been trying to upload my scanned covers.
I have a few hundred.
I was able to get most of them onto Pinterest until they changed their parameters.
Now they won't accept full resolution scans and they come out on their end as low res.
Anyway, if you're interested here's the link to my account there.
If you can find a way to get those covers and box covers onto this website I'm all for that.

Wow I feel like a total noob....
I tried to use the guest feature to request a cover art. But I'm not sure it went through.

I was explaining how I want to purchase Mega Man Star Force 3 Black Ace as a loose cart as the US box art complete with the game is too expensive.
I was wondering if you guys at all can post the American Cover of Star Force 3 Black Ace as a request. In the exact ratio for printing a DS cover.
Not only that why not Post The sister game, Mega Man Star Force 3 Red Joker?
I'm Super new here and don't understand how anything works, if anyone of the mods already got a message from me, I apologize I just don't know what I am doing.
I support this project as I love preserving cover art.
Please forgive me mods! I just hope I didn't annoy anyone with my request!
I know I should have posted in the Request forum, but I posted here by mistake.
I was also gonna ask instructions on how to print once I have my art I wanted to print.

Nope, never got message.
Anyway just make a request topic on the request forum: http://www.thecoverproject.net/forums/index.php?board=17.0

Make a new topic there called Mega Man Star Force 3 Black - US - DS
And feel free to copy this text or make your own:

Howdy

I'm looking for US version of Mega Man Star Force 3 Black on DS.
Also if somebody has the the sister game, Mega Man Star Force 3 Red Joker, it would not go amiss.

Thank you
