then I misunderstood - it looked to me more like a response to another comment, than a conversation starter. Thought you'd put it in the wrong forum. My mistake.

:P it's all good. (if you're not aware, or a fan of steven universe, the reference would seem random and abstract.)
anyway, a future hello to all newcomers.  ;D

I guess I'm new here. I've been downloading/printing covers from the site for a while, but never bothered to post anything. I collect for all kinds of systems but lately I've been trying get a complete N64 set for some reason even though I mostly had a Playstation during that generation. I've always liked Nintendo and since the NES/SNES libraries are far too large/expensive, I want to complete at least 1 cartridge-based library.

Hey, everyone. I'm Cat, and the username I often go by Cat333Pokémon. I've lurked for a couple years and was introduced to printing custom cases by a buddy of mine who did it himself. As probably made obvious, I enjoy the Pokémon games, and I'm also a fan of the Super Mario series and general Nintendo consoles.

Hey guys!

I'm just your typical guy from Sweden who has been lurking around here for a few years, but never registered until now.
I have zero experience making custom covers (or "good-looking" ones atleast), but I have a request I want to post, so I thought the lest I could do was to introduce myself to the forum.

So here I am, and I'm not gonna rock anyone like a hurricane, because I suck at all and anything creative!

Hi Guys!

My name is Adrian, I go by FlameTaJaDoru or FlameTJD in most sites, so if you ever see that username elsewhere, it's probably me.

I'm pretty new to this site, so forgive me if I make any newbie mistake.

Hey everyone,

Been lurking for a couple weeks now, decided to finally register.   Within the last six months or so I've started getting back into retro gaming, getting back some of the old favourites I had as a kid in the 90s.   Got my collection of NES, SNES, GENESIS, N64 and even Dreamcast going again, up to over 70 titles.

What's most intriguing is the UGC and having a unified look to everything on my shelf.  I only purchase loose carts, I don't have the money or care to worry about boxed titles when I can box them myself to look good.  Being from Canada, it sucks that there's extra hoops to jump through to get them at a reasonable price, but no pain, no gain right?

Hi. My name is Jacob, I´m from Colombia (The country with an O) My first language is spanish so bear with me if I make a mistake here and there. It´s been a while since I use my english. My collection is not extensive, but more the things I like to play (Don´t see the point to hoard anything. Just some tokens of better times IMHO).

See you soon.

Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

G'day, everyone. My name's Anthony and I'm from the land down under (Australia).

I joined this forum because I have been looking for covers that aren't in the console sections (if that's what you call them). There are several games of mine that I had to make myself to replicate retail covers in the Australian region since there aren't a whole lot on here at the moment. My main problem is with F-1 World Grand Prix II- I picked it up from a market a couple days ago and have been etching to find an Australian cover for it. And alas I have been out of luck. There are also European box arts that I needed to make myself because there are only the NTSC-U variants. Anyway this just seems like I'm going on about my homemade covers and how I can't find the real deal anywhere on this site, so I can stop here now.

I've been a retro boy since I was introduced to my first ever console: the Nintendo 64. I have praised it since day one and for the last 5-6 years I have searched for any games I would have played in my childhood. I am nearly successful with this (just need to get Mission: Impossible). Apart from my Nintendo 64 collecting I play Mario Kart competitively, on the N64, Wii, 3DS and Wii U. I will be representing Australia in the Mario Kart 8 World Cup which starts in 3 days from now!

As for my time on this forum I'm still relatively new and have no idea where certain things are and where/how I can request covers.

Welcome here.

There are many, many, maaaany times more covers floating on the boards than on the database.
Covers that are excelent but just below the strickt quality requirements of our site.

Feel free to ask if specific cover exsists.

With F-1 World Grand Prix II you are unfortunately still out of luck IIRC.
That cover has been requested several times but nobody has had super high quality raws to provide.

It's been suggested that I should introduce myself... Oh dear I never know what to say here.

Firstly I love the idea of this site, allowing people to show off their games on shelves and rejuvenate childhoods when the boxes were in the store before getting home and damaging the boxes until they end up in the trash  :'(

I'm not a collector, but I am old and always kept my games so I have a few... I use UGC for my NES, SNES & N64 games. While I use modified Pal DS game cases for my SEGA games (Master System, Mega Drive & Game Gear) after seeing them used for Sega X32 and Nintendo hand held games. Finally for optical media I use half height DVD cases (Sega DreamCast, PS 1 & PS2 tho they may go back into the original cases)

I think that's all I can say other then thank you for the covers.

Hi! Not new to the concept of this site, but I am new to the forum.  I see a lot of cool, avid collectors contributing here, and wanted to say hi and extend my thanks for the efforts provided! :D  I'm still working on my own collection and haven't printed everything I need. I'm having difficulty finding places that'll print as, per fair warning from the site, the images are copyright protected. I am curious if anyone has found successful alternatives, as I only have a couple of prints to do here and there. :)
