I'm from Montelimar, a small town in south east. But i grew up in Paris; that was sooo fine...
The probleme here is that not so many people are retro gamers. Most of them just play ps3/4 with call of duty/Fifa games. I'm very old school and in my opinion, nothing will replace a good street fighter local party with beer and friends!!!

I agree.  Unfortunately too far from me to have a game of street fighter.  I'm in a village called Pech Luna, about 1 hour from Toulouse.

Hey guy's, I'm Justin. I found this site on accident and it started the addiction of trying to get all of my games in cases. Recently I've been working on getting the games from my Sega Saturn in cases which was my first system which I still have.

Sup guys, been awhile seen I last been on here. I got a few questions as to uploading scans. (Sorry I figured this would be an okay spot to start) I got about 11 PS4 and a few Vita covers to upload I didnt see on the site. I did some test scans and would like to know if it matters what format it is. .jpg, .tiff, ect. I also scanned at 600dpi or something like that. Is that gonna be okay or do I need to change a setting before I go on a massive uploading spree?
Thanks for your time.

Make sure the scanner is super clean so no dust, hair, etc. appear on the scan. 600 or even 1200 dpi is ok. I usually scan at 1200 dpi, clean the scans at that level and then bring it down to 300 dpi. Make sure your covers are flat on the scanner. I usually set a bunch of books on top of the cover when scanning. If your scanner offers noise reduction, use it. JPEG is fine.

Thanks for the quick reply.. My max settings can only go up to 600 dpi. If you don't mind, I uploaded a few samples via mediafire. Could you look them over to see if they are acceptable? If not, I would like to know what else I can do. Again, Thanks for your time.

Flatter would not hurt. = put heavy book on the scan when you scan.

And if your scanner has descreen/de-rasterize/moire removal option use it.
