Mega Man's 25th
AppleQueso:
There this coming out soon:

I doubt it's part of any anniversary celebration, but it's still cool. Cheap too, I might pick it up.

Anniversary Collection is much more convenient anyway. One Disc > 7 Cartridges and a Disc. Button layout can be switched anyways.

Seriously? The nes 72pin replacement is only $6 on ebay. Takes a screw driver (phillips) and about 10 minutes to swap it out on a broken nes and bingo... its a working one again (may not play castlevania 3 or tengen games though....)
I recently got a top loader with two dog bone controllers for $60 on ebay too. (just for the old collection. Considering modding it for AV cables)

Since I'm not planning to collect the Mega Man games and I just want to experience them, then it's okay with me if the buttons are swapped. I never really played one before, so I don't notice. :P What bugs me more is that the A button is much bigger than the B button, so an SNES controller would alleviate that problem.
But as a fan, I can understand how it would be frustrating - just like if they swapped A and B on a Mario game (which they did once to my knowledge).

I should also note that the xbox version is backwards compatible with 360, but I can't vouch for the quality of the emulation as I own the gamecube version.
