I used to have a Dreamcast, but since the only games I really liked were Sonic Adventure 1+2, you can imagine what I did with it after I got a Gamecube. :/

So many more amazing games on the Dreamcast. IMO it's the most under-rated, short lived console. It was streets ahead of even the PS2 - if they had carried on commercial development I think we would have seen some truly stunning stuff running on the DC. Add to that the ability to play all the beats of rage and other homebrew so easily - every household should have a DC! (or 3 - haha)

The vast majority of games/systems I've gotten rid of over the years I've regretted. I just like having a library of stuff I guess.
Btw, as an SNES kid growing up, exploring the Sega library for the first time has been a really cool experience. The Genesis has SO much great stuff outside of Sonic.

Now about that Sharpie avatar...
edit: Got you covered ;)

LULZ! I'm more of an Chartpak AD marker fan ;)

Oh, right.
OP: If collecting is getting in the way of achieving what you want in life, then by all means, stop. It's important to keep a balance.
Also, as far as owning tons of games you rarely play, personally I simply like having them there when I need them. PLUS IT'S COOL LOOKING.
