This is directed at our European members of the site.

I'm looking for a XEOX Pro Analog Wireless Gamepad.

http://www.speedlink.com/?p=2&cat=4315&pid=25493&paus=1

Has anyone ever seen one of these controller at any retail locations?  Are there any sites where you might be able to get this controller? It seems that it is only available in Europe.  Perhaps its not even available yet (some say preorder, some look like they're available)?  Most articles i'm reading on it say it was scheduled to come out last fall.

If one of our trusted member of the site is able to get one of these controllers I would definitely love to work something out with one of you guys! I'm looking to unload quite a few classic games .... If this controller is available I could make you a pretty sweet deal  ;D

EDIT: Update of possible sites

Be careful what you wish for. Till now I have not been able to find a single good 3rd party controller for the PS3.

They are always over sensitive on the analog sticks.
If you have nothing to do... Don't do it here!

The PC USB pad is available here, so maybe this thing will eventually find its way stateside?

I'd love one or two as well.  I cannot stand the tired DualShock design at this point, and the PS3 version feels as flimsy as a vending machine toy to me  :-\

Their other products have gotten pretty good reviews so i would assume the quality would follow suite.  I ordered an 'XCM Cross Battle Adapter' for my PS3 but i would like a solution without the need of an adapter if possible.

Ever since i got my PSVita i have been leaning towards doing more of my gaming on the PS3. I love my 360 controller but not enough to pass up on the cross play games on PS3 & Vita.  I'm getting NCAA Football and Madden on the PS3 for the first time this year (always bought the xbox versions) but I can't stand the PS3 controller for those games.

Strange, I have always hated the feel of the 360 controller, and loved the ps3 pads.  Especially after they got a bit heavier with the dual shock.

Shenske - I can't see anywhere that actually has them in stock, even though they were supposed to be released last October.  I have guests here until tomorrow, so will have another dig around.  More than happy to order for you and send on to US.

I don't hate the PS3 controller in general, I actually prefer it for fighting games.   I prefer the 360's controller for the sports games I play.

If you don't mind looking more into it for me i'd appreciate it.  I'm in no rush to get the controller, just by august really.  If you need any classic games to add to your collection (pre 2000's) I was hoping to work out some sort of sale / trade to cover part / all of the controller costs.  Normally i'm not so cheap about importing but I am trying to save for a down payment on a house while still taking care of my gaming habbits  ;)

No worries.  If/when I find it in stock we'll work something out.  ;D

  • ...and that's the bottom line
It's on preorder everywhere. It' supposed to come out June 15th. Most retailers list it with 35-40€, which would be ~ $45- $50.

It looks like a quality piece.

Shenske, you'll have to give us a little review when you get it :)

Oh, don't stress about it like that.  By review I meant "this thing blows", "meh", or "holy shit, this thing is freakin' rad!" ;)
