It's a gray area. We don't own the copyright, but we also don't charge for it so we are not profiting off someone else's work. We provide it as a free service to the community. If the copyright owner submitted a request for us to remove their work, we would have to.

I thought he was pointing toward option C, which we shall not talk, as it always blows out of proportions.
Besides they are not.

And option B dooesn't works as there aren't currently any NES boxes and only 1 SNES box.

And we do differenrt type covers, so A doesn't apply either.
