GAME FOR ADVANCE?

Reseals being passed off as new is kinda a different thing than bootlegs.
The amount of GBA bootlegs going around is absolutely ridiculous. You run into them on ebay, you run into them in the wild, it's just nuts.
UncleBob's being a bit overzealous here I think. I honestly doubt that the vast majority of ebay sellers (especially US ones) have any clue they're selling a bootleg. I don't think we should be jumping down this guy's throat or trying to punish him for it.

The cartridge seems very cheap and could prye open with my hands. I can see this is not a geniuine copy, I can see the board clearly. Nintendo has it completely sealed with theirs.
Its too bad GameStop dont sell Classic games just curret games or I'd buy from them. If its a game store why not sell all games then. All their stores I been to are all very small and dont know why.

Most of his other auctions look legit, I can't tell about the famicom games I know nothing about them. Although he does have one other copy of that same Mario Kart game for sale.

Most GBA bootlegs I've ran into use tiny phillips head screws.

So, at what point does this guy get to be held accountable for his actions? He's gotten several feedbacks saying what he's selling is counterfeit. Patrick, here, has contacted him telling him it's counterfeit - and he's already selling the exact same auction on eBay again.
When does he have to take responsibility for what he sells?

From what I understand, GS stores are small and cramped because large stores with open space appear to have a "lack of inventory".
Play N Trade does retro stuff at least, though they're franchised so whether a store near you is any good is kinda a toss in the air.
