I've been collecting SNES and N64 games for awhile now and recently decided to start up a NES collection. I got a system and a few games (Super Mario Bros., Duck Hunt, Tennis and Metroid) and naturally wanted to box them. I read that you need to cut out some pieces of the UGC to get NES games to fit, I was wondering what you guys use for this. Thanks.

Some use a Dremel tool with a cutter on the end, I myself use a boxcutter blade and a pair of clippers.

Dremel is very speedy and that's what I use.

I then follow up with clippers to get any bits that I have missed.

You could sand with the dremel after if you want it perfectly smooth but I find the cutting tool does a good enough job.

It can sometimes look a bit like a hack job but it is smooth and the game covers where the cutting was done when you put it in the case.
