PAL RGB Nintendo 64
Arseen:
Just recieved French Nintendo 64 (FRA-serie) with NUS-CPU (R) -01 motherboard.
I opened it up and indeed it has the VDC-NUS A chip in it, so it should be possible to RGB MOD it.
Now I just have to find the instructions and give the board to my sister's boy friend who knows how to solder.
zakurowrath:
Here's the instructions translated from German to English by Google Translate:

If you can read German, then here's the original webpage:

Looks like the French RGB mod is alot more complicated than it's NTSC counterpart, but instead of attaching wires directly to the chip points, the French Board has places to put the components so that it outputs directly to the AV port using integrated circuits rather than shielded wire.
Arseen:
Thank you.
I think I'll have this professionally dne.

Arseen, let us know how you get on.

I will, but I can tell that the progress will be super slow.
