Super Mario All-Stars is on SNES, and the Resident Evil games are supposed to be getting PS3 releases.

And I want the cables for the Gameboy Player. I have a Wii with component cables. But also I like to play on the original hardware.

Why?
I mean, what's the actual difference? You're using the original discs, original controllers, and even the original memory cards. It's not like we're talking virtual console stuff.

Gamecube compatibility on Wii is pretty much flawless. Other than Game Boy Player for obvious reasons, I can't think of a single Gamecube game that has issues on Wii.
You know, the main reason I even bought a wii was for component on GameCube. I figure why spend nearly $70 when I might as well just spend a bit more and buy a Wii.
Only reason I could see sticking to gamecube hardware would be if you really hate having to use the wii remote to manually select the disc mode before switching back to the gamecube controller.
