I actually found one on the internet that's a custom DVD sized cover for Duke Nukem 3D about a year ago. I believe the Atomic Edition is a entirely different boxart cover thou, so if anyone ever uploads it I may do one.

Maybe I'm blind but I don't see the difference between the two covers you posted.  I wish the back-cover art was on the front instead.  That's the iconic art that greets you on the title screen and on the original manual.  All-in-all it's a cover I could use if I need to with some modifications, so thanks for posting!

The difference is obvious:

One say Dos another DOS.
One has black line under the red stripe on the front top, another doesn't.
On the other cover the top banner has pinkish hue, other one is white.
