Uploading Cover Question

I am currently trying to upload some covers but the game that needs to be uploaded is not on the list where you pick the game. How do I add a new game to the list or upload that cover when the game's name is not on there?

Ive thought about it but im just not sure. The games are Dragonball Z Ultimate Battle 22 and Dragonaball Z Legends for the PS1
