Today I've find this site NAMING OF WHICH IS A BIG NO NO <- red text is edit by Arseen
From a first look the site is good the people that works there I think they make a good job but I have one big question.
They don't have legal problems with Nintendo for selling something without a proper copyright?
I was thinking to buy something from them but I was a little worried about the copyright...

Arseen:

And we know that site.

I've ordered few times from there.
Excelent service and polite game maker.

Nice warning and good catch. I'm sorry, I guess I forgot that rule (a little drunk because of spleepless and the age).
Anyway I'm pleased to hear that is safe to buy from them.
I think they risk a lot to sell something from Nintendo. I hope that nobody will fill a claim to take legal action but the BIG question is:
There is a possibility to happens?

As always Arseen, you have eagle eyes :)

wiggy:

All the patents related the NES have expired, so there's no fear as far as hardware reproduction goes. Depending on what games you're talking about, there may be the possibility of Nintendo shutting them down, but the likelihood of you catching any trouble because of something like that is slim to none ;)

scarmullet:

Well, here is how much Nintendo gives a damn about their older stuff.

The team hacking BS Zelda (all of them) into a playable rom has never brought on a thing of litigation. Also, the Mother 3 translation project, Nintendo employees sometimes will refer you to that if you ask them about Mother 3.
