The NeoGeo CD Master List is confusing to me. Are the CD games only ones in that list that have a version under the CD Column?

I believe the AES was cartridge based.

Take the list from the link I posted above your post. That one is more understandable.

Here's a list for Xbox from CAG. Courtesy of shipwreck. The list was last udated on March 12th so it should be complete or at least almost complete.

Here's list for Saturn. Courtesy of gauld. May not be all either but looks quite complete.

Don't know. I thought I also saw a PSP list but I can't find neither the DS nor the PSP list. It's not that tragic though. The DS is the shit right now and it's pretty hard to keep track of the games that get released :)

On the Dreamcast list (as well as the Playstation One list) I think it should note whether or not it's a CD or DVD cover, Also, since there are so many covers, I think that in this case there should be separate lists for US, PAL and JPN.

I.E.

Title                                      |  CD Front |  CD Rear  |  CD Inlay  |  DVD Orange  |  DVD White  |

Wikipedia has lists of games for almost every console. I do not know if we should use them or not due to accuracy.

Playstation 2 - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_PlayStation_2_games

Playstation Network Games - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_PlayStation_Network_games

Playstation 3 - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_PlayStation_3_games

Mac - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mac_games

Xbox 360 - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Xbox_360_games

GBA e-Reader - http://www.gamefaqs.com/portable/ereader/file/915738/19490

MS-DOS games: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_MS-DOS_games

I also added a virtual section and I would like to here what everyone else thinks. Should we incorporate VC, Live, and Network games into the game lists, or make seperate catagories?

I'd say seperate categories. At the moment we don't have XBLA or PSN covers, just a few VC covers that Dante_Ali created.
If we stick to the title of this thread I don't know how usefull it would be to make a list of XBLA and PSN covers that we have. There are a lot of games that are unlikely to get covers.
But as a master list, just to see what games have been released, I think it's a good idea.

Some of the lists are accurate, some such as MS-DOS and PS2 are far from it.

In fact trying to list all the MS-DOS games is probably a bit insane.

I would probably shoot for the big companies, Origin, Sierra, EA, Lucas Arts, etc.

If someone requests a game or we get a cover then add that to the list as well.

I had just used the template from the other systems for these, if we want to break the table out into different columns lets nail that down before I re update, and before anyone starts updating with the covers we have.

I added a huge PS2 list last night, and the server stopped responding, when it came back around the list was gone. I am reluctant to re-add that list in case it caused a rollback.

It may make sense to make separate lists for US PAL JP for most of these platforms.

The TG-16 list for example is fairly small, however the PC-Engine PAL list would be quite large.

Would you have separate lists on the same page, or off the main page link to a US list, a PAL list, and a JP list?

I will hold off on any more updates until we figure this out.
