My TV only has one composite input and I hate switching cables every time I want to switch between my Genesis and SNES.  Is there such a cord in which I could plug in the two inputs from both composite cables (Genesis and SNES) and just input the cord into my TV?  Thereby avoiding switching cables constantly?  Please note I am looking for a cord or a cable.  I am NOT interested in switch boxes or anything that involves me flipping switches.  Does such a cord exist, and if so please provide a link to where I can buy it (preferably ebay).

Automatic switch box or one with a remote is the only way to sort that one I think.

yeah you can just get a crazy amount of splitter cables but I imagine you'd run into signal degradation really fast

Yeah, if you're just hooking two systems into one port, just go to Walmart/Radio Shack/Best Buy (or, order them online cheaper) and grab three of these:

I use many of these throughout my entertainment center setup.

Just order a crazy huge amount of these if you're gonna go that route. Much cheaper than going to wal-mart or whatever.

and you have to take a picture I have to see what something like that ends up actually looking like

I'm not a fan of the Monoprice-styled ones.  You end up with the plugs jutting out at odd angles that sometimes get in the way of other ports...

They probably have the other kind  I'm sure, I didn't feel like digging around more for it. I can't think of any place cheaper to get them though.

Shit, I'm not a fan of either.  It's a totally icky way of hooking up multiple devices IMO.

Thats how I have my stuff hooked up.  It does save having to change the input settings on the TV every time i switch consoles.

But on the snes i get some screen flickering every now and then, but nothing major.

Is it true that splitters will always decrease the volume?
