Looking for 32-X CD game

I'm after this specific 32-X CD version, released in Brazil only to my knowledge

Albeit the add on the cover, I think it didn't come out.

Hmm, now I want that version too.

I was reading on digital press that Brazil's CD/DVD games are just the American games with Portuguese manuals. So maybe that's what's seen in the video?

Maybe, altough the cover says Mega-CD but the disc looks very similar to the first disc that says Sega CD.

And thge Brazilian cover has age rating 13, but the disc has T-rating.
But maybe the disc label was just not reprinted
