Of course this means that the days of copy and paste covers (I.e. retail) are pretty much over for me. I'll still pickup cheap-o N64 titles here and there, but I'm not on the hunt at this point, so pickups will likely be few and far between. 

On, and before anyone calls me out for not having it in the collection, I don't like the SSB franchise. Always been and always will be a Capcom fighter guy. Don't care for the silly, jumpy, multiplayer fighting.  I get why folks dig it, but it's not for me.

The only other 2 N64 games I want are for the DD, but I'm prolly never gonna get em. Golf and Doushin 2. Both fetch around $400 and there's about .1% chance of me finding those on the cheap in the wild.  That would actually give me a complete DD set, but oh well.  Maybe someday...

Well, back to hunting for SNES games. My favorite system with the games who's prices seem to meet no ceiling

You know it's funny, I am super excited every time a new Smash Bros comes out and have to get it day one but I've probably played a total of like 3 hours combined on all three of them. I'm not sure why it is but the thought of the games is way more exciting than actually playing them.

That's how it was for me with the N64 version. Got it really early on, played it a tad with friends, and just didn't get why I should be all gaga over it. Played on the GCN and Wii, didn't care for them either.  Just feels to random/sloppy/whatever.

That's why I don't get the people who are super serious about it. "No items, final destination only" What's the point of that!?

But it's a fighting game.  You fight.  Against each other.  Nothing more.

Fine, in the strictest sense: yes, it's a fighting game, but not a serious one. It is to Street Fighter what Mario Kart is to Forza.

So, wiggy shelves 2.0 are pretty much done. Way easier than the last set of shelves. Didn't have to tear out a friggen mess of crap like last time. About 3-4 hours and they're ready for DVDs and CDs!

Totally got it. Totally playing PM catch up. I've got like 5 TCP PMs open in various tabs and a whole bunch more to check.  I'll get back to ya tomorrow most likely


Anyway, got everything organized and shelved. Took a while. DVDs were all over the freakin house at this point since they really had no home to go back to once we watched one



Now I just gotta clean up a bit.  Made a pretty good sized pile of sawdust
